This verse and the significance behind this verse which Jay and Hatun are trying to help the viewers with.
Muslims must pray five times a day, and at the beginning of their prayers they must recite the first Surah in the Qur’an, entitled the ‘Fatiha’. It is only 7 verses long. It is also known as the ‘Cursing Prayer’, though many Muslims today are not aware of that.
So what are they cursing? Take a look at verses 6 and 7, which says:
“Guide us to the Straight Way. The way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not of those who EARNED YOUR ANGER, nor of those WHO WENT ASTRAY”
The Commentary at the bottom of the page (in most Qur’ans today), say that those who ‘earned your anger’ are the Jews, and those ‘who went astray’ are the Christians.
Therefore, every time Muslims pray during the day, they are cursing Jews and Christians at the beginning of their prayers. It is this verse and the significance behind this verse which Jay and Hatun are trying to help the viewers with.
Be aware that Muslims are cursing us five times a day, and please don’t say or recite this prayer with your Muslim friends if you are a Jew or a Christian, as you will simply be cursing yourself.
Muslims claim that they do not worship the Kaaba, but Allah. What is Jesus Christ saying about idol worship? Jesus Christ said:
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.” (Matthew 22:37).
Jesus did not abandon the Law of Moses, including:
“Do not make idols or set up an image or a sacred stone for yourselves, and do not place a carved stone in your land to bow down before it. I am the LORD your God.” (Leviticus 26:1).
Muhammad knew this verse from the Holy Scripture, because there were many Jews and Christians in his area. Muhammad tried to abandon all idols. However he was afraid for his own people to abandon the last idol: the Kaaba. The devotion of the people to the Kaaba practices in that era was too strong to be abandoned by the sword. So, Muhammad made an exception in abandoning idol worship by continuing tolerating Kaaba worship practices. You decide the facts about Kaaba practices:
1. The Kaaba has a history of pagan rituals
Muhammad did not abandon some pagan rituals, the following rituals became part of Muslim practices:
Kissing and touching the Black Stone in the eastern corner of the Kaaba. Why did Muhammad kiss the stone? There must be something special with the black stone so that Muhammad kissed it. However, there is nothing special with the Black Stone. Since Muhammad kissed it, he would certainly be convinced of its divinity and therefore kissing it is idol worship. So, when Muslims kiss the Black Stone because Muhammad did, it is idol worship, because following someone’s command without thinking its right or wrong shows the ultimate belief of the followers of a person in him. This is idol worship to believe someone other than the Most High.
2. The Kaaba is not at the center of the earth
Science has proved that Kaaba is not at the center of the earth and also not the center of population.
3. The Kaaba is not a direction of prayer
Kaaba is a physical object on earth. The problem with putting very much attention to physical objects is that people will connect the physical object as something divine. In Islam very much attention is given to Kaaba it is the direction of prayer and it is the final object of pilgrimage.
In true monotheism there is only one God, only one divine reality. All attention, energy should be focused on the one God. Therefore Jesus said that the true believer should love God with all his mind and has to abandon from his understanding and memory every useless, foolish, and dangerous thought, together with every idea which has any tendency to make his soul dirty. This is the person who loves God with all his heart, life, strength, and intellect (Matthew 22:37). Jesus Christ is the example of this pure lifestyle.
4. Kaaba worship abandoned after Muhammad
Kaaba was destroyed at least two times after Muhammad because Muslims concluded it was a center of idol worship.
Therefore there are the following objections to Kaaba worship:
1. Muslims bow down to Kaaba, confirming idol working because you can only bow for God.
2. Muslims walk in a circle around Kaaba and kiss the Kaaba, confirming idol working.
3. Muslims bow in the direction of Kaaba five times a day, the high frequency confirms idol working.
4. Muslims don’t throw their idol away after ritual, making continuation of idol working stronger.
Kaaba worshiping is an idol worshiping cult.
Come to the God as revealed in the Bible, in which is no any inconsistence and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.
